To use TerrainPrint Designer you'll need to install the free Java run-time environment, which is preinstalled on most computers but not on all. Just follow the easy download and installation instructions at java.com. If it still doesn’t work you may need to check your firewall settings to allow the programs to access the internet.

This occurs on older computers running Microsoft Windows and on newer ones with defective graphics software. It's almost always resolved by installing up-to-date graphics software from the computer manufacturer. Just visit the Downloads or Drivers area of the Support section of the manufacturer's web site, or the same area at the web site of the manufacturer of the computer's graphics system, typically Nvidia, ATI or Intel.
Are TerrainPrint 3D models safe?
Yes. The manufacturer of the 3D printers that we use to produce your TerrainPrint 3D model has conducted extensive testing to ensure that when used as a display piece they represent no harm to people. They are not intended to be used as play pieces or toys. If broken, they should be discarded using regular waste disposal so children do not ingest fragments and create choking hazards.
Are TerrainPrint 3D models breakable?
TerrainPrint 3D models, like most things, are breakable. They are fragile like glass or ceramics. They will standup well to normal handling, but are susceptible to being dropped and chipped or broken which could result in sharp edges and small fragments. Exposure to direct sunlight will cause them to fade over time.
What are TerrainPrint 3D models made of?
TerrainPrint 3D models consist primarily of plaster based powder to provide shape and structure, and a special polymer to add strength, toughness and enhance colours.
Where are TerrainPrint models made?
TerrainPrint 3D models are made in the United Kingdom by 3D Creation Lab limited.
Can I apply my own map or imagery to a TerrainPrint 3D model?
You'll be able to do this soon.
Can I order a TerrainPrint 3D model if I live outside the United Kingdom?
We will ship anywhere in the world. Additional shipping charges will apply.
